Innovation Center

The Charlie Baggs, Inc. Innovation Center is a culinary oasis.  Our test kitchen is designed to provide functionality and inspiration.  Truly a results oriented facility.  The CBI Innovation Center provides a high tech haven for culinary research and development.  The IC features a modern foodservice kitchen with the latest audio and visual equipment.  It features an inviting granite-topped demonstration area easily facilitating focus groups, team building sessions and meetings for up to 20 people.  The space is located in the Belden Stratford Hotel, located across from the Lincoln Park Zoo.  Hotel accommodations are available for guests.  The Innovation Center is a great place to host a cooking class or a dinner party.
