Kirstin Massmann brings a healthy, hip and scientific vibe to the Charlie Baggs, Inc. culinary team. Wanting to experience a more urban setting, and perhaps a cold winter, she recently moved to Chicago from Atlanta. Kirstin is a graduate Clemson University holding a degree in Food Science with an emphasis in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She has led and participated in research focused on obesity in adults, nutrition education and lifestyle intervention plans.
