Chef Brian Flacklam defines his work at Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations as “the best way to express himself in an amazing creative environment.” He enjoys the challenges CBCI brings every day and faces new tasks with abundant enthusiasm. He excels at developing new tastes and flavors and coming up with great novel ideas.
 
A 2016 graduate of College of Culinary Arts Johnson & Wales, his knowledge base includes nutrition & sensory analysis food science, product & development, and organic chemistry. His up to date knowledge of the culinary sciences and the industry as a whole allow him to conceive of great ideas and implement them well.
