Chase Baggs was born and raised in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. He was exposed to many different cuisines and cooking styles by going to different restaurants in Chicago with his father, Charlie. This is where his passion for food started. This passion has only grown while working with Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations and learning the ins and outs of the industry.
Chase is currently enrolled in Chatham University Majoring in Marketing and Management with a Minor in Psychology. During his time at Chatham he has gained experience in digital marketing for several accounts as he works toward becoming a social media marketing specialist.
In his free time Chase loves to play lacrosse with his teammates at Chatham, photograph new ingredients and foods in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, bike on Chicago’s lakefront paths, and spend time with family.
