Prepared Foods 18th Annual Spirit of Innovation Awards hosted by CBCI

Prepared Foods’ 18th Annual Spirit of Innovation Awards honor research and development teams that collaborate. In addition, these collaborations focus on market opportunities and new product development.

The competition is open to all foods and beverages that are specifically developed for retail, commercial, and noncommercial foodservice operations. This year, Prepared Foods received over 200 submissions for this year’s competition.

CBCI Chefs Charlie Baggs, Nicole VanWort, and Michael Battocletti were judges in this year’s Spirit of Innovation Awards.
